Hi. John with etrailer. Look, things happen when you're on the road or when you're camping. If you need parts for your landing gear on your camper, don't forget to keep us in mind. We have the factory parts here available. For instance, the landing gear for your Lippert Ground Control 3.0.
Now on a 3.0 system, the landing gear that we're talking about is gonna be the main jacks on the front of your camper. These are the ones that are going to, whenever you want to hook and unhook, these are the ones you operate up here. This part that we're talking about, the replacement part, is actually going to be the the inner shaft and then the main shaft that goes up into your camper. It's not gonna include the motor. It's not gonna include the foot plate or the snapper pin, but those parts are available, and we have them here at etrailer.
This is a real factory Lippert product. Do not trust your system with aftermarket products. There's no reason to. This video really just focuses on the front landing gear, but if you have 3.0, and you have damage to either your mid or rear jacks as well, we have those factory replacement parts. So don't let broken parts ruin your summer vacation.

This is my Second Jack I had to replace on my RV. They are well made, but if you have to replace one, you should replace both. They can handle their design load and then some, but when one breaks, the other is now holding up all the trailer weight, and the chance of new damage if higher. Since I did not do this I will be buying another as a spare so that the instance I see signs of damage I can replace it, and avoid one Jack of having to work double hard.

Fixed my broken front left jack on my Grand Design Reflection 337RLS
etrailer saves the day. As others have stated the threads on the top plate stripped out, rendering us dead in the water. After some disassembly and a call to etrailer we got our parts in less than 2 days. Parts were reinstalled in 20 minutes and down the road we went.
I won’t look anywhere else for parts in the future. Knowledgeable sales staff, and dedicated shipping department!

eTrailer is great! Had a broken jack leg, and they got a replacement to me pronto, in spite of a nasty winter storm that dumped an inordinate amount of snow on them. One year later: the part continues to perform flawlessly. ETrailer is my go-to for parts needs great customer service and quick shipping.
Jack worked perfectly. Ordered it with expedited shipping and it arrived the next day. Installed it and it worked flawlessly.

Product was packaged and shipped same day, arrived undamaged and in a box that was easy to carry. Installed easily on my 2016 Jayco Eagle with Lippert ground control 3.0
The replacement jack was identical and was easily replaced using 3 wrenches. Etrailer.com also went above and beyond with their customer service, I will continue and encourage my friends to shop there.
My camper had a bad jack last Sunday when returning for camping. I ordered Sunday and the new jack was here on Thursday so my next weekend camping trip wasn't cancelled. Thank you eTrailer for saving the day with super fast shipping.
While the part wasn't an exact match probably due to manufacturers machining process, it worked as it was supposed to. Where thr process got 5 stars was due to Breanna's customers service. We are camping 13 hours from home when the leveling leg that helps it attach to the camper broke and we had to move withing 6 days. The original replacement arrived 3 days before we had to leave in an empty box due to very poor packaging job. Upon receiving the empty box, I immediately contacted Breanna who expedited a replacement to me that arrived the day before we had to leave. The part fixed the problem and we were able to leave. Thank you Breanna for your amazing customer service, it made all the difference!
After installed, it worked. I gave it 4 stars because I paid for 2 day air and it arrived in 3 days, but up in Alaska, you get what you get. Just don't promise it. Also, it had a chip in the paint, which leads me to believe it may have been a return or damaged enroute. However, the packaging seemed secure with no exterior damaging. Overall, I was in a jam and had to get the Front Jack as soon as possible to leave Alaska.
I needed this part quickly, and Etrailer had it in stock. I got it the next day (had to pay for it, of course), so I wouldn't miss a camping trip. Every other dealership or website I checked didn't have it in stock or would have taken too long to get one. That said, if you don't need something last minute, Lippert had them in stock and was much cheaper with shipping. Also, Etrailer does not price match. Etrailer has great customer service and parts in stock, so I am sure I will be purchasing from them in the future.
It worked perfectly! Unfortunately I had to purchase another one. I tried to buy it from etrailer but it cost too much to over night it. I think etrailer should look into faster shipping. That would make your company unstoppable.
This was a quick and easy install after securely supporting the 5th-wheel on blocks. The jack was like-for-like so I didn’t have any issues.
PSA: The old jack’s threaded block completely stripped out. I’d recommend that owners check their factory jacks to make sure there is no weld-slag in and around the thread block and screw. I’m pretty confident that this weld slag was what cause our factory jacks to prematurely fail, as shown in the pictures.
