I'm thinking the screw part of it is messed up it's been throwing Alf jack error for a while and wouldn't self level. Talked to lippert on the phone trouble shooting it with a meter they told Meir was the control module . I replaced it and didn't fix the issue so I done some more research and seen where the screw part of the jack has a tendency to strip out so I'm going to try it and see if it fixes my issue

@WesleyL That does sound like a good next step and it'll definitely solve a stripped screw issue. Another thing you could do is swap the connections on the left and right jack harnesses at the control module to rule out the wiring harness.

@WesleyL I replaced mine because the screw jack just stopped functioning. I tested it by trying to use the manual connections on the top and even when I removed all the weight off the jack it would not budge. I've replaced both of mine so far. Both with the same issue so I'm not sure if it's something I'm doing wrong when hooking up so I've been trying to be extra careful to eliminate any damage I may be causing.

Hello Wesley, I ordered just the jack as my motor was still good. With the camper connected to the truck, it was a quick and easy install. I did block up so I could set the pin down in the truck bed further back toward the tail gate to give me a bit more room. 15 minute job. Good luck!

My Jacks really strain when loading and unloading as if they are not powerful enough. When I try to self level they can't finish and kick out a error code and I have to reset them every time.
