I have a 2021 Brookstone fifth wheel. One of our front jacks on our Lippert Ground Control 3.0 6 point system failed. I just wanted to verify that item # LC305340 or item # LC362485 would be the correct item.

Both would actually work as a replacement front jack for your Lippert Ground Control 3.0 Electric 5th Wheel RV Leveling System - 6-Point Set # LC675817. It just depends on if you want the jack tube only, or the jack tube, motor, and foot.
