Does the Hall Effect Motor ever need to have grease added?

No, the hall effect motor does not have to be greased, but per the service manual if the jacks are down for an extended period, it is recommended to spray the exposed leveling jack tubes with lubricant every 3 months for protection. If you live in a salty environment it is recommended to spray the rods every month.
I spoke to my contact at Lippert and they told me that The White Lithium Grease # L11354 can be used on the gears, but do not over grease them. Using to much grease will start to attract dirt and debris to the leg.

I have a zerk fitting on mine, does it need to be serviced and what type grease should be used.
