Mounting bracket for 7-way standard connectors. Includes screws and nuts.

Note: Does not work with Curt 7-way plugs, use C67UR instead.
For a no-drill option, use this part with the Short Bracket (#18140) or Long Bracket (#18136). Clamp the short or long bracket to the hitch and attach the trailer connector mount to the no-drill bracket. A few Draw-Tite and Hidden Hitch Class III, IV and V trailer hitches have the no-drill brackets already installed on them.

Mounting bracket for 7-way standard connectors. Includes screws and nuts.Good sturdy bracket. The holes did not line up with my 7 way electrical connector. I fixed it by drilling new holes and now everything is attached securely.
I read several reviews beforehand that stated the bracket is a little thin and would flex when connecting the trailer lights, so I ordered two of these and coupled them together to make it a stronger bracket. (Just have to open up the corresponding holes in one of the brackets so the screws will still feed through. Now it's much stronger and won't bend at all when making a connection. I decided to mount the bracket sitting on top of the bracket weld of my Draw-tite hitch so that it didn't hang so low below the hitch and risk getting damaged coming off a curb or hitting a low spot in the road. I have a 2011 Toyota Highlander and used an Exacto knife to cut out some of the plastic body panel so the harnessed wiring would fit through. Looks almost factory style to me. And it works great!
You need another bracket to connect this properly to the receiver bar. Would have been nice to know. It also does not work with the 7 way connector because the holes don't match up.
Worked well. Had to flip it around and drill a couple of new holes in order to mount the wiring harness and keep it hidden within the bumper enclosure.
The agent chat with me give me the wrong part # to order. After watching the installation Video for the Hitch. I realize it was a different part #. But I have just have to Drill the holes on the bracket to match the 7 Pin connector housing
Could not use. This is not the correct part for the T-One vehicle wiring harness (118266). The website stated this one fit my Frontier and the part number called out in the wiring harness did not, so I ordered this one. etrailer order checker did not catch it either. I was able to find the correct bracket locally.
Holes still don't line up with the wiring harness I bought from you. However, I will be able to drill holes to get the plug connected securely to it.
My first order didn't come with the mounting bracket for the 7 way plug, and so I emailed and they told me I needed to purchase this bracket and the holes and the size doesn't match up with the plug.
I called for support when ordering, because it wasn't clear what bracket I needed for the stock 7-pin on my 2003 GMC Sierra 2500 HD. The person I spoke with recommended this bracket, along with another to attach it to the Curt XD receiver hitch that I purchased at the same time. I ended up not using this bracket at all, because the stock 7-pin requires a specific opening where it twists and locks into place and this one is not compatible. No even close. Instead, I cut the stock bracket off of the old hitch and welded it to a plate that I attached to the bottom of the bumper with some self-tapping screws. If you buy this bracket, you also need to buy a compatible 7-pin to use with it.
Part of my 22 Bronco hitch install. The bracket mounted just fine to the hitch plate but the holes were no where near the same pattern as the Tekonsha supplied plug receiver. Not a big deal as I just drilled out the plastic from the back and made new mounting holes. Other than that should work just fine.
I modified the bracket to facilitate installation of 7 prong adapter on 2006 Expedition. Had to use some heat to change the angle to 45 degrees, and cut a couple slots for the clamps, but works when nothing else did. Clamped directly onto the tow bar, and still sturdy after 800 miles.
After one year the hardware is rusting. It should be stainless steel
Used with Volvo OEM 7-pin/4-pin wiring harness. Mounting holes aligned perfectly, but could not use included screws (too short).
This fit the existing bracket on my Curt hitch perfectly. Holds 7 pin trailer connector snugly.
I replaced my 22 year old factory plug with this and it works perfectly. Would highly recommend if you are looking for the OEM replacement plug.
Great service thanks Kathy. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Quoted upwards to $1k for installation of hitch and brake controller. Video from etrailer made it easy and saved a ton of $.
Products exactly like it describe very good quality but does not exact work with out modification
1 Curt 7-way T-connector For Factory Tow Package need to modify it to make it fit
Works as it should
This is not straight forward or the right part for a 2023 Palisade. Then cannot return after spending 60 days trying to figure it out. I would leave it to the experts. Same issue with my other car trying to get to 7 pin from 4 pole.
great service
Great fit and hardware would highly rec ommend
Does not fit my 2022 Frontier. Absolutely a waste of money, had to drive around town to find one that worked. etrailer was no help at all.
The holes did not line up perfectly with my existing 7-pin connector so I drilled new holes in the connector housing. Seems to be working great so far!
