I have a couple solutions that will work for you. At this time, the only receiver mounted bracket for a trailer wiring harness available is for a 4-way trailer connector, part # C58002. I've attached a picture that shows how it mounts and how the 4-flat wiring harness fits. Again, this is the only wiring harness bracket that mounts to a 1-1/4 inch receiver.
They don't make a bracket for a 7-way trailer connector because most vehicles with a 1-1/4 inch receiver aren't towing trailers with a 7-way connector.
If you need a mounting bracket for a 7-way trailer connector, then I recommend using a no-drill long bracket, # C57202, and a 7-way mounting bracket, # 18138. The no-drill long bracket will attach to the trailer hitch crosstube and stick out about as far as the trailer hitch receiver giving you great access to your trailer connector. I attached a photo of this option for you as well.
