Question:
For a 2006 E-250 van, I would like to install a 7 blade trailer wiring harness. Is there a factory plug on the vehicle? Do you carry a harness that would plug directly in?

If there is no trailer connector on your 2006 ford E-250 van, I recommend the Curt Custom Fit Vehicle Wiring, part # C56020. This is a quick and easy installation on your van. This plugs directly into your existing wiring and requires no cutting or splicing. I have attached an installation video of this wiring on a 2006 E-250 you can check out.
You will then want a 4-way to 7-way like part # 30717. This will attach to the 4-way connector and along with the noted wiring in the attached photo will give you a 7-way connector on the back of your van.
I also recommend a mounting bracket for the 7-way connector like part # 18138. This bracket includes the screws and nuts needed to attach the bracket to a no-drill bracket like part # 18140.
When working with electrical connections I recommend using dielectric grease like part # 11755. This keeps dirt and moisture out of the electrical connections and helps prevent corrosion.
