Question:
i need to order a replacement part for the Equalizer stablizing system. It is the the bracket that holds the bar in place that is bolted on both sides of the hitch. And - Called your number been on hold for 15 min. It said that the wait time would be 40 minutes and 54 seconds.... So sending an email. Not able to attach a picture of the part.

Hi LaRhea! Sorry for the wait, it sounds like you're looking for the Replacement Sway-Control Bracket for Equal-i-zer Weight Distribution # EQ95-01-5600. This is the complete bracket that clamps onto the frame and holds the spring bars on your Equal-i-zer system.
What kind of trailer are you towing?

I installed this on my trailer last year. The bolts go above and below the frame. The steel plates sandwich the frame. The instructions are pretty easy to follow. I also got the plastic pads for the bottom of the brackets.
