Question:
Need help getting the right suspension parts for my 2014 Heartland RW305 Toyhauler 5th W. Broke a shackle a few days ago. Has 13-144 equalizer with rubber maybe starting to crack? 28k miles on trailer so Im thinking I should replace those along w HD brackets. 35In axle 7k spacing. 2 1/4 maybe 2 1/2in shackles. It also has the LCI Correct system on the spring ends. Not sure what I need. Option 1 Morryde Upgrade kit w 2 1/4 shackles and Dexter EZ Flex 013-144-03 does this pn come with 2. Or Option 2 K71-653-00 system? Thanks!!

Thanks for the information John! To replace your 13-144 equalizers, I recommend the Dexter E-Z Flex Suspension Kit item # K71-653-00. Aside from the cracked rubber these will be identical equalizers to your current ones.
The Dexter E-Z Flex Suspension Kit item # K71-653-00 also includes heavy duty 2-1/4" long shackle straps, wet bolts, and bronze bushings. This kit does work with the LCI Correct Track system. so you won't have to worry about any compatibility issues.
The Replacement Dexter Triple-Axle Trailer E-Z Flex Equalizer item # 013-144-03 you mentioned is a single equalizer and it's the same one included with the Dexter E-Z Flex Suspension Kit item # K71-653-00.
The MORryde Suspension Upgrade Kit for Tandem Axle Trailers w Correct Track - 2-1/4" Shackle Straps item # MR58ZR is a great option and they're extremely reliable. I still recommend going with the Dexter E-Z Flex Suspension Kit item # K71-653-00 because it comes with everything you need.

I did the Dexter E-Z Flex on our travel trailer (GD Imagine XLS 22MLE) several years ago, and as @Jerred H noted, it's a complete kit with a full set of thick shackle straps, bronze bushings & wet bolts. Plenty of "how to" installation videos out there, but my only guidance beyond what you'll see there is to do it on a level lot. My driveway has some slope to it, and it was a PITA manipulating various jacks to get the leaf spring end holes to line up correctly so you could get the new wet bolts in. Beyond that note, the rest is just wrench work and a little (lot of) banging to get the old bolts out and the new ones in. Good luck!
