We do offer rear anti-sway bars for your 2013 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter.

If you have a 2500 the rear anti-sway I recommend is part # RM-1209-128. Using this bar helps reduce the effects of crosswinds and shifting cargo or passing vehicles. It attaches to the rear axle and chassis and includes the mounting hardware.

If your motorhome is a 3500, the rear anti-sway bar you would need is part # RM-1209-120.

I have attached a photo that shows how the anti-sway bar is normally attached on a motorhome you can check out.
