I have a 2021 Dynamax Isata 3 Mercedes Diesel with dual rear wheels. I am looking to get new shocks and an anti sway bar. Existing shocks are Bilstien 24-167161. Please advise what you recommend

Hi John; is your 2021 Dynamax Isata 3 on the 2500 or the 3500? If it is the 2500 you can use the Roadmaster Rear Anti-Sway Bar # RM-1209-128. If you don't have a factory sway-bar you will also need the # RM-590064-00. If this is the 3500 you need # RM-1209-131 instead. We don't carry any shocks for the Sprinter but I would stick with the same Bilstein you have now.
