Question:
Hello I ordered from you guys sumo springs for my 2016 Mercedes sprinter 2500 2WD 144inch and just installed . Front set works and feels good but the rear set seems to be useless. It looks like they are too short, they dont contact the rear Axel I have 13/4 gap between SSpring and axle even when cargo is loaded Did I picked wrong parts or should I buy something extra ? like bump stop extension I was looking to minimize the sway and absorb the bumps.

Having that slight gap between the new SuperSprings # SSR-329-47 and the platform they make contact with is common not just with this brand but with others as well. It allows your suspension to compress some so as not to have too much of an effect on the unloaded ride quality.
Since the springs are not engaging at the rear of your 2016 Mercedes Sprinter 2500 that means that the factory suspension is not compressed enough. And that means that the amount of weight you have in the van is just not enough to compress the suspension and thus engage the springs. Honestly that isn't a bad problem to have. But at the same time you aren't getting the sway/body roll benefits of the springs.
You have some options that will be constantly engaged but there aren't any spacers for the SuperSprings you have. You could switch to a different rear system such as the SuperSprings # SSA11MTKT. These are essentially an additional overload spring that joins the existing leaf spring stack. It will engage before the stock suspension can compress and will also help with the sway/body roll.
A similar option is the RoadActive Suspension kit # RAS3620. This system works in a similar fashion as the SuperSpring but is designed to not make the empty ride too stiff. It will only fit models of the Sprinter that have a single blade leaf spring.
And a third option is to upgrade (or add depending on how your Sprinter was equipped) the rear anti-sway bar. You can upgrade it using # RM-1209-128. If the van does not already have a rear anti-sway bar you will also need mounting kit # RM-590064-00. The great thing about taking this route is that you can keep the SuperSprings that you have already installed.
