If your 2013 Winnebago on the Mercedes Sprinter chassis is the 3500 chassis then you can use rear anti-sway bar # RM-1209-131. With this unit the factory sway bar will remain.

If the chassis is the 2500 with the van cab the same as regular Sprinters but with a different body (this is called a cut away) then you would use # RM-1209-128. This unit replaces the factory sway bar. If the vehicle does not have a factory sway bar then you will also need mounting kit # RM-590064-00.

The differences in bar diameter are slight but in general the thicker the bar the more effective it will be. Upgrading/adding a rear anti-sway bar is the single best thing you can do to improve the ride quality on an RV! I have included a link to our help article that covers sway bars and other items.
