Hey Tony! I checked with our vendors and the only option for a sway bar on your 2022 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 2500 is the 1-1/8" Roadmaster Rear Anti-Sway Bar item # RM-1209-128. However, this is just meant as a replacement option for the factory one if your Sprinter came with one.

The only option I have to help you with sway is the SumoSprings Rebel Custom Helper Springs item # SSR-327-47-2. These are custom fit for your 4WD Sprinter and have a 5,000 lbs capacity. These two piece springs attach separately to the top and bottom of your suspension to not restrict it's movement. They act independently of each other to help combat that top heavy sway feeling you get.
