What is the best option to add a sway bar to this van. There are no visible attachment points on the frame other than a welded in ? tube.

For your 2021 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 2500 that does not have a factory sway bar your best option is the part # RM-1209-128 with the mount kit part # RM-590064-00. The mount kit is for versions of your vehicle that do not have a factory sway bar and what allows the fit.

This will make a dramatic improvement in the ride quality of your Sprinter that you will notice immediate.
