I have attached the installation instructions for the Roadmaster # RM-1209-128 to this answer, but this rear anti-sway bar will mount in place of your factory sway bar. If your 2016 MB Sprinter 2500 does not have a factory sway bar you will also need to add the Mount Kit # RM-590064-00. These mounts will connect to the frame and provide the mounting points for the Roadmaster sway bar.
