Quickly and easily install a 4-way trailer connector on your vehicle with this custom harness. T-connector plugs directly into 7-way OEM tow package wiring harness - no cutting, splicing or tapping required.

Installation
This custom-fit T-connector plugs into your vehicle's factory tow package wiring harness, which is located behind the rear bumper. Simply plug the harness in-line with your existing 7-way wiring harness.
Once installation is complete, the 4-way connector will be stowed beneath your vehicle, near the trailer hitch. A mounting bracket (sold separately) is recommended to keep the connector secure.
It is recommended that you use a small amount of grease on all electrical connections - the plugs on your automobile and the 4-pole connector itself - to help prevent corrosion.

Super easy fix to a Chevrolet faux pas. Silverado 1500 should have a 7-way and a 4-way. This adapter is that answer.
The T-connector worked perfectly. The hardest part was disconnecting the vehicle’s OEM wiring harness connector from the factory installed 7 way receptacle
Did not work with trailering on the infotainment system. Kept throwing a fault and was not enough power to the lights themselves as they were flickering.

Hitch is great. Arrived when promised! Had a few scuffs, probably from shipping as box had some holes. Installed great, once I was able to break loose the bolts for the rear tow hook that had to be removed. Liked how everything was packed but a ton of brads to remove. Wiring connector was cake as I knew it would be. Not able to test as I am taking to Jeep to have them make sure it is on through program. My only concern is my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee was not a vehicle listed on the sheet of vehicles it is for. I clicked on the item you folks had pop up, with hitch, that would fit. But no Jeeps listed. Again, it plugged right in, so I assume it is correct! Thanks for an effortless purchase!!
We used it to extend the wiring harness to install an aftermarket bumper for a 3rd gen Tacoma. It seemed to fit well and continues to work fine.

I installed my Curt T-Connector today to my 2018 RAM 1500 Sport 4x4 Crew Cab. The mileage on the truck is at 10679km's. Although warned that the spare tire might require removal (via web site info from fellow RAM owners) that was not the case as there was enough room to remove the OEM connector (which is the short end of the assembly) from the factory housing. The actual disconnect and re-connect took only a couple minutes. I spent a about 15 or 20min's trying different wiring run routings for the aux. four connector plug wiring run. Some tie-wraps where installed to snug things up out of the way and I was done. I also dosed the connections with a shot of Krown 77 lube/rust inhibitor. I'm in the "Great White North" so salt use on roads is a given during the winter months. A quick test run of the lights and I was done. The build quality of the T-Connector is very good..equal to OEM or better I'd say.
This was the fastest install of any electrical harness I have ever purchased. It worked perfectly. I could not be happier.
Awesome!! I bought an OPT7 triple LED light bar for my Chevy Colorado and I didn’t want to splice wires or lose a whole lot of time trying to figure out how to wire it up so I googled and I came across a gentleman who used this product and Im very thankful for this connection and my light bar works smoothly and I have full use of the reverse camera AND I don’t have any wire mess outside or underneath my truck! Easy to install, my first time doing this and it literally took me about 2 minutes, if that! Definitely would recommend this product to anyone with a truck!! Thank you guys!!

Nice but would have liked to have a reverse wire included so I don't have to tap into reverse light.

It took me about 15 minutes to install. I am using it for my led light bar and a receiver hitch light. The cable ties supplied weren't long enough, I had some some that were. It was very simple to install! This is my second product from them.

It will still work Jonathan, you don’t actually need a spare tire compartment to install the CURT 59236 tail light converter on your 2022 vehicle. The little black box can go in plenty of other safe spots, like behind a taillight, inside the trunk, or near the rear bumper. Just splice the wires into your tail light circuits with the included connectors, ground the white wire to a clean metal surface, and run the power lead up to your battery with the supplied fuse holder. Once it’s mounted securely and the 4-way plug is routed out the back (or stored inside when not in use), you’re all set.
