  Hey Bryant, that appears to be some type of power adapter. The 12 pin you have is not a standard trailer wiring connector so we don't have an adapter for it to connect to a 4-way. I'd be willing to bet its some type of power adapter but its not like anything we've seen. We do have a 7-way to 4-way adapter with the part # 707250 though which I believe would be your best option.
