Dale, just out of curiosity, what are you planning on towing? I'd love to hear about it! In any case, all you're going to need is the Universal Installation Kit for Trailer Brake Controller # ETBC7 which will utilize an existing 4-pole connection and provide your F-350 with a 7-way.
If you have no wiring at all, then you'd also need the Hopkins Plug-In Simple Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # HM11140755.

Hey Dale, how did things go getting the 7-way connection set up on your F-350? Did the ETBC7 kit and Hopkins harness give you the wiring you needed? Your update could make it easier for the next person working on the same setup.
