Recommended 4-Way Trailer Connector for Truck Bed Light Strip Behind Bumper

Im putting a light strip on the back of my 2017 Ram 2500 one of the ones that plug into the 4pin trailer connector. Im needing a splitter for my harness so I can plug the connection up under my truck and still have my 7 and 4 pin hook up for my trailers do you have anything that will work for this so I dont have to splice into my harness

For your 2017 Ram 2500 you will use the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness for Factory Tow Package - 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # C55384 for your light strip like # RA960137. This will give you the 4 way connection behind the bumper and still give you the trailer connector at your bumper for trailer use.

Previously I installed a wiring harness fpr my trailer. It hooked ip in the tail light pluh & split. Dp upu still make tjos product?

It sounds like you're talking about a T-Connector harness that plugs in-line behind the vehicle's tail lights. If you can tell me what specific model vehicle you have, I will be happy to see if this type of custom harness is available.

Hey Sam, we recommend 1/2 inch grade 8 bolts and nuts for securing your wheel to the Curt spare carrier part #C31006. I wish we sold them but since we do not you'd need to check with a local hardware store.
