Great product! Heavy duty, good quality wire.

Heavy duty with protective cap... excellent product.. better the OEM equipment

I rewired my light bar for my boat trailer with the items I purchased. Before I built the the light bar, every time I used my boat trailer I would waste valuable sailing or fishing time repairing faulty lights. The do not last long when you submerge them in salt water. This light bar now version 3.0 have given little trouble over the years

by:

Great product.
Works well when I had
a broken connection on my 4 way plug end on my light-up hitch cover I bought from y'all a while back.
Always a happy customer.
Thanks, George.

Quality product. Great service…

by:

This product will be an additional backup item. I used the other Easy Pull connector, but on my truck end the flapper door is spring loaded and puts too much downward pressure on trailer connector. Maybe that's why original trailer connector had a broken pin.

Thank you, and everything still working great. I still browse your site checking out items.

by:

item came as expected and is exactly what i needed -a trailer connector that will resist fraying at the point where the wires meet the connector ,nice and strong at that point, will last years instead of months.

its still the best ever ...will replace old wiring that has frayed or prevent such from occurring

by:

I actually got the idea from a trailer I rented once. You permanently mount this somewhere behind the coupler where it won’t get damaged and use an extension. It’s a lot faster and easier to replace a damaged extension wire than to solder a new plug onto your trailer wiring if(when) it gets damaged. I used mine on a 4x8’ utility trailer that I pull with my truck on the road and with a utility tractor off road, you don’t have to worry about the wiring for the lights hanging down dragging the ground getting damaged, you just remove the extension and put the weather cover on it when you’re off highway and don’t need the lights.

by:

Shawn B. (& everyone I talked with at E Trailer) was wonderful.
Great phone support. Great products. We did a great job installing the wiring harness.
Made me wonder why we originally took it to a "professional" trailer sales & service place in Ogden UT. They hacked into our wiring & created problems.
I will continue to be a grateful customer.
Finding good people who know their stuff in todays world is a soul healing event.
Thank you E Trailer!

Work on the advertised

by:

quality item, much better than the plug that came on my trailers wiring harness, hence the need to replace it. Soldered the new to the harness and covered with heat shrink. Fast service and better quality than offered at the big box stores. well worth paying the shipping charges.

by:

This was the perfect replacement for the old connector on my boat trailer with 18-guage wiring and 16-guage ground. Replacement was very easy. I just cut off the old connector and splice this one in its place using heat shrink butt end connectors. Fits very snuggly into my vehicle side connector, unlike the old connector I replaced.

by:

With the help of an internet video, I joined this and a seven-pin female to create an adapter to connect my newly-purchased car to my travel trailer. It allowed me to get the trailer home pending a more permanent wiring change for the car. I was very pleased.

by:

Sturdy plug, I like that it has a cover. Doesn't come with connectors like some of the others do, so be sure to order those, too. I used 3M snap, butt connectors would've been less bulky for the location. Shipped quickly, as always. Love Etrailer!

by:

JUST GREAT

by:

High quality product available at half the price or more than other merchandise providers. eTrailer's ordering process, shipping, timely delivery , and customer services were on target.

by:

Great connector. Easy to use, environmental cap will be great to prevent pins corroding. Make sure you buy splices because product does not come with them. All in all, a great and easy product to use and install.

Adding dielectric grease to the connectors can be a big help at prevent corrosion on those contacts.

by:

This is the one to buy. We hook-up and unhook our trailers on a daily basis. The wiring takes a beating. This product is fantastic. It has been reinforced around the housing and the base of the wires. The rubber on the side are excellent. They will have to keep our drivers from tearing the wires from the housing.

by:

Very pleased with the product and quality. I fastened to the bumper and worked out quite well. The shipping time and packaging were excellent.Would do business again. What I liked the most was when e-trailer responded quickly to inform that the item was available and ready to shipped if not already shipped. Thanks

by:

This item was a perfect replacement for the part that had gotten damaged. I ordered the part, it shipped quickly and was very reasonably priced. Could not ask for better service. Will be ordering more items from etrailer in the future.

by:

Purchased this wire harness and the plastic cover has stayed intact protecting wires from weather. After 1 year it's still workin great.

  • Recommended Alternative to Curt Auxiliary LED Indicators 53201
I may have a solution for you, but we don't have anything that's going to be an exact match. With that said, you might be able to use the Thinline LED Trailer Tail Light - Stop, Tail, Turn - Submersible - 9 Diodes - Clear Lens # STL59RCB which will give you a bright LED light that has stop, tail and turn signal functions. This doesn't have a trailer plug that can be used to power it but you could wire 2 of these lights to the Hopkins Endurance 4-Way Flat Trailer Connector - Trailer End...

  • How to Make Coiled 6-Way to 4-Way Adapter
I personally don't like using adapters if I don't have to so what I would do is use the part # RM-1064-B for the coiled section, the part # HM48440 for the 6-way section and then for the 4-way use the # HM48030 wired up correctly and you'd have a coiled 6-way to 4-way adapter without using any adapters that would work very well.

I do have a solution for you but unfortunately there are no adapters for a round 4-Way connector on your trailer to the Curt T-Connector # C56291 on your 2016 Honda Pilot.
