The black 12V power wire and white ground wire are 10 gauge, while the brown, red, blue, green, and yellow circuits are 14 gauge. The heavier 10-gauge wires are there for the main power and ground circuits since those carry the highest current loads, especially for battery charging and brake systems. The rest of the lighting and signal circuits use 14 gauge, which is pretty standard for a 7-way RV harness.
