  You certainly can replace the winch you have with a different one such as # F143100. The only thing to look at is the mounting hole pattern. Winch # F143100 has 3 holes. The 2 across from each other are 2 inches apart on center. And the lower one between those 2 holes is 4 inches from the center line of the top to holes to the center of the elongated hole.   The # DL24045 winch cable you mentioned is 7/32 in diameter, or about .21 inches. The maximum cable diameter that the Fulton # F143100 will handle is 1/4 or .25 of an inch.
