This hitch gives you serious towing power with a 10,000-lb maximum gross trailer weight and 1,000-lb tongue weight rating. Step it up even further with a weight distribution system and you’re looking at 12,000 lbs GTW and 1,200 lbs tongue weight. The 2" x 2" receiver opening works with most ball mounts, cargo carriers, and bike racks built for full-size towing setups. The hitch is fully welded for strength and finished with a gloss black powder coat over a protective base layer. That double-coating design fights off rust and corrosion so the steel keeps its integrity over time. It’s made to hold up through road grime, salt, and weather—exactly what you need on the back end of a working vehicle.
You don’t need to weld anything or modify your frame to mount this hitch. It bolts right to existing points using the included hardware kit. That means less time under the vehicle and no specialty tools required beyond what’s in most home garages. Once it’s in place, the visible cross tube gives you easy access for attaching accessories or a ball mount without any guesswork.

The biggest flaw was the bent hitch that I had to spend extra time and effort on to bend back into place. Like I said, after bending the hitch with a steel rod and wood blocks and a pump jack.... I now have a 5 star hitch.
