2005 E350 diesel ambulance. Which model number do I need? Model # 75191, which was replaced by Model# 75703.

I spoke to my contacts at Curt and Reese and the only styles of hitches that can be made to fit a service body van like your 2005 Ford E-350 ambulance are multi-fit RV hitches like the # 41990 that has a 16k capacity. This is a weld on hitch that would require either the 7 inch drop brackets part # 4907 or the 16 inch brackets part # 4916.
