I am looking for CURT Manufacturing part number 14055-BK. It is the bolt kit for hitch 14055.

Hey John. To replace the hardware on the Curt Trailer Hitch item # 14055, you'll need the Replacement Hardware Kit for Trailer Hitches item # RHK. You will want to go to the item # RHK product page and on the right side you'll put 14055 where it says Hitch item Number. This will get you all new bolts, nuts, and spacers to install this hitch on your 2007 Ford Van.
I linked a installation video below of the Curt Trailer Hitch item # 14055 being installed on a 2007 Ford Van along with the installation instructions to help you get it set up.
Please note that the 14055-BK kit is no longer available.
