I'm very happy with my e trailer hitch and wiring kit. The fitment was perfect.it still looks great and performs even better.
I'm impressed, clean and sturdy construction, faster shipping than Amazon, quick and easy to bolt on. My van had a small receiver already on it, I ended up cutting 3 of the 4 bolts off with a cut off wheel. And I needed to drill out the third bolt hole just slightly to get the new bolts in. Suggestions: if your existing hitch bolts spin without coming undone try shoving one of the provided capture plates washers into the frame rail to get the nut off without needing angle grinder. And if your rails are too wide for the new washers just add one of the old ones, or any piece of hard stuff, to shim the space and keep the carriage bolt from spinning while you torque on the nuts. And of course it is easier to have a floor jack to lift the receiver into place. Overall a very straightforward install process, didn't even need to jack up the van, definitely worth it.
Really nice hitch.......fit Perfectly......took about 45 minutes to install...Easy......Almost all of the hitch is covered by the plastic bumper, only the very center even shows at all....Looks like a CUSTOM hitch! This went on my 2010 GMC Conversion Van......Look at the final pictures...

All of a sudden, my 2014 Chevy van dealer installed hitch started showing wear at the towing pin holes. What was round was starting to mushroom and become more oval. My local only trailers type shop wanted $500 plus to install new hitch. etrailers price was way cheaper and reviews lived up to their comments. It was easy and all holes aligned. You better have a floor jack and consider your options on the plug location.

Not all holes align perfectly!
Even though it was back ordered, it did not take long to deliver. Fit was perfect. Went on easy. Can't wait to pull one of my trailers.

Great price..easy install
I received my hitch today, and had it installed within about 15 minutes. The only challenge was that a few of the rectangular washers slipped when I tried to tighten the bolts - even after cleaning the mating surfaces; crafting a few "washers" out of 50-grit sandpaper solved the problem.
After installation, I used my label maker to conspicuously note the torque specs for future reference; you might want to consider adding such a label directly to the hitch for future customers.

No worries all is well. I crawled under our van with a torque wrench, and it was handy to have a label that specified the torque right there where I could see it.

Easy to installed
If you order this for a Chevrolet Express van you will need the 1” x 3” spacers . The spacers that come as standard hardware will spin in the frame and you will have trouble getting the bolts tight. Once you get the right spacers it is an easy install and the hitch is very nice. If anyone from etrailer is reading this you should change the hardware that ships with the hitch to the 1” x 3” spacers.
I needed to replace my trailer hitch. The price was right, delivery was ahead of schedule and the all the parts were there. I need to wait until the weather clears to install but I don't anticipate any problems as the bolt pattern matches the trailer hitch I removed.
