I'm impressed, clean and sturdy construction, faster shipping than Amazon, quick and easy to bolt on. My van had a small receiver already on it, I ended up cutting 3 of the 4 bolts off with a cut off wheel. And I needed to drill out the third bolt hole just slightly to get the new bolts in. Suggestions: if your existing hitch bolts spin without coming undone try shoving one of the provided capture plates washers into the frame rail to get the nut off without needing angle grinder. And if your rails are too wide for the new washers just add one of the old ones, or any piece of hard stuff, to shim the space and keep the carriage bolt from spinning while you torque on the nuts. And of course it is easier to have a floor jack to lift the receiver into place. Overall a very straightforward install process, didn't even need to jack up the van, definitely worth it.
Excellent. I attached the hitch by myself. I used a step stool to prop one side and raised the other side up by hand. It took me about an hour to install.

Very easy to install! Customer service was very professional and guided me to the right product for my van! It literally took 20 minutes to install the hitch. 6 bolts, no pre-drilling or welding required. A+++

Really nice hitch.......fit Perfectly......took about 45 minutes to install...Easy......Almost all of the hitch is covered by the plastic bumper, only the very center even shows at all....Looks like a CUSTOM hitch! This went on my 2010 GMC Conversion Van......Look at the final pictures...

Holes are about a quarter inch off. I'll have to drill new holes in the van or send your product back or drill out. Your spacers a little bigger. That's terrible

You won't need to re-drill or enlarge the holes in the hitch mounting flanges. When a trailer hitch is constructed, softer steel is used in the side plates as opposed to the harder steel used in the crossbar and receiver tube. This allows the hitch to flex along with the vehicle to a certain degree. This flexibility can also allow the hitch to get slightly bent out of position during shipping and handling. The good news is that it's very easy to fix this if you know a few tricks as shown in the linked article.

It fit my 2023 Chevy Express 2500 perfectly. No reaming of holes required, as I have read in some other reviews about Chevy Express hitches. The bolts went right in to the 4 rear holes, and the 2 rearmost holes on the front mounting position. It looks like it isn't designed to work with the frontmost holes as these don't line up and only 6 bolts and nuts are included. Those holes must be for some other vehicle. I had another person and a rolling floor jack to help me install it. The floor jack isn't really necessary but the extra set of hands is very useful.
