Perfect fit on my 2009 blue bird

by:

Exactly what we wanted. Worked perfect on our recent, extended trip to Alaska and back.

by:

I welded this up on my 2004 GMC converted school bus, it worked great with minimal bumper notching

by:

Works great!

by:

Heavy duty, wished it would put itself on my motorhome.

by:

Easy to install

by:

Great!!!

Super heavy duty.

Great price, fast shipping and a quality product!

It’s beefy and solid. The mounting bracket square holes had to be cut in a smidge and he added two more support bars.. but all in all. My welder said it would tow 11-12 k. Not the 16k I was told. But hey. I’m okay with that. There was a shipping issue which forced me to reschedule a few things, that is the only reason I gave 4 stars. Otherwise I am supper happy with how it turned out.

by:

Great quality product from Curt . Can be easy installation depending on the application.. mine more difficult because of aluminum alloy frame, so will have to do some reinforcing.

by:

attached this hitch to my 1984 American General 5 ton military truck. Had to do some modification to air lines and drill a few holes but it is perfect for pulling civilian trailers with the M 813.

by:

Added (welded) to our diesel pusher Motorhome and have no issues and really no worries while towing whatever we feel we need while camping.

by:

I put this on my 03 Freightliner Columbia. It does everything I want it to. It is bolted and welded.
I like it so much that a bought another one and put it on my old school bus. That one is just bolted on.

by:

Well, I really respect the fact that they waited for one year before asking for a review, they offer a 2 inch and a 2 1/2 inch receiver the 2 1/2 inch receiver would obviously be a larger rectangle to accommodate a half an inch, the vertical uprights I received had holes pre-cut to accommodate a 2 1/2 inch receiver I ordered a 2 inch receiver, needless to say, there was an abundance of slop, half inch gaps, requiring a lot of fabrication on either side of the vertical uprights, knowing this now, going with the 2 1/2 receiver should have saved a ton of unnecessary fabrication time.

by:

Very happy with this hitch. The size of the end plates matched the frame on our old truck and with the class V weight rating, our old truck can do a few other things around the farm now. Thank you.

by:

Great product. Fast delivery

by:

Brent was amazing with his attention to detail. He made sure I received the correct hitch and a follow up on my delivery. Thanks again

by:

Was able to position the hitch where I wanted on a chassis cab and it works great.

by:

Great product. Super faster shipping. Excellent customer service

by:

  • Solution for Front Mount Hitch on 2007 Dodge Sprinter 2500
I do have a solution, but there are no custom fit options available for your 2007 Dodge Sprinter 2500. What you can use is a universal hitch like the Curt # C47CR. This is a Class V weld-on hitch so we recommend taking it to a certified welder for installation. The hitch has a 2" receiver, a 9" drop, and fits vehicle frames 18-44" wide. If you need taller brackets the # C99CR is also available with an 18" drop.

  • Front Mount Hitch Receiver Recommendation for a 2023 Ram ProMaster 1500
For a front mount receiver I recommend checking out the Curt Class 5 Universal Weld-on Hitch w/ Brackets # C47CR. This will give your 2022 Ram ProMaster 1500 a 2" front receiver and the brackets can be adjusted along the trimmable crosstube to fit a variety of applications. Since this is a universal-type installation you (or whoever is doing the installation) will be responsible for making sure it's installed correctly. • Trailer Hitch With Drop for Ford Chassis With 34 Inch Frame
We have an option for you, though the hitch you mentioned will not fit your ambulance on a 1996 Ford F-350 cab and chassis. Instead, you need a universal weld-on hitch, and we have the exact one that will work: - Curt Class 5 Universal Weld-on Hitch with Brackets # C47CR This hitch is designed to fit frames between 18 inches and 44 inches, and gives a 9 inch drop from the frame of the vehicle so it will work great for you since you mentioned needing an 8 inch drop.

  • Replacement Trailer Hitch Options for a 2008 Coachmen Cross Country 38' Motorhome
The mounting brackets on the Curt Class 5 Universal Weld-on Hitch # C47CR do need to be in that upright position so while this hitch can technically fit with your motorhome chassis, you'll need to get creative on how to properly weld the brackets to the frame. For an alternative option with the brackets that are in the same orientation as your frame brackets I recommend the Multi-Fit Motorhome Trailer Hitch # 5350 which fits 24" - 46" wide frames and is rated for 5,000 lbs towing. • Hitch Option For 1996 Pace Arrow Motorhome
There isn't a bolt-on option that will work so you'll have to use a weld-on hitch for your 1996 Pace Arrow motorhome. One that will fit the frame distance of your motorhome and has a 2" receiver (but is actually a Class V hitch), is from Curt, the Curt Class 5 Universal Weld-on Hitch w/ Brackets # C47CR. This is for frames from a minimum of 18" to a maximum of 44" which is exactly the range your frame falls in.

This is a weld-on hitch so we recommend taking it to a certified welder for installation. The maximum gross trailer weight of 16,000 lbs and tongue weight of 1,600 lbs is as heavy duty as it gets. Keep in mind, you will be limited by the towing capacity of your motorhome.

  • Is There a Aftermarket Trailer Hitch Receiver For a 2006 Toyota Tundra With Factory Tow Package?
That is correct. I do not currently see any aftermarket receiver which will replace your factory receiver on your 2006 Toyota Tundra. To use an aftermarket custom fit receiver you would have to source a rear bumper and support which fits a Tundra without a factory receiver. You could also use a Weld-On Receiver # C47CR and have it custom mounted to your frame. To do this you will want to visit a fabrication shop first to determine they will be able to complete the installation.

I have a solution for you, but there are not any custom-fit trailer hitch receivers for your 2012 Ford E450 van / bus so you will want to go with a universal option.
