Features to know about

Enhanced Leak Protection: Dual Action Unitized Oil Seal

Say goodbye to frequent oil leaks with the unitized oil seal's smart design. Featuring a dual action seal where the inner part remains fixed on the spindle and the outer casing rotates with the hub, it minimizes wear and tear while offering superior leak protection. This means longer-lasting seals and fewer maintenance worries.

Reliable Sizing for Precision Fit: Custom Dimensions

Get the perfect fit with our precision sizing! The Unitized Oil Seal comes with an inner diameter of 2.875 inches and an outer diameter of 3.880 inches, perfectly suited for Dexter 9K and 10K axles. These accurate measurements combined with multiple inner ridges ensure a snug fit and optimal performance in high-stress environments.

Convenient Compatibility: Seal Cross-Referencing Made Easy

Finding the right replacement part can be a puzzle, but not with the Unitized Oil Seal. Each seal is cross-referenced with a range of compatible models, such as Dexter #010-051-00 and National #370150BGO, taking the guesswork out of replacements. Easy cross-referencing means more time on the road and less time in the shop.

Seamless Installation: Hassle-Free Alignment

Forget complicated installations. The seal is proficiently designed with a stamped “air side” marking, directing accurate installation on the axle every time. Ensure that the flat side of the seal is positioned correctly within the hub for maximum efficiency and security, allowing for a stress-free installation process.

Ensuring Integrity with Durability: High-Quality Construction

Built to last, these Redline hub oil seals are crafted with durability in mind, guaranteeing longevity even under heavy-duty conditions. They are an excellent investment for trailer service professionals who often encounter failing seals. This robust construction assures consistent performance, ensuring your trailer’s axle remains well-protected across countless miles.

Comprehensive Support Enhanced by Expertise: Tailored Solutions

Whether you’re replacing old seals or upgrading for improved performance, the Unitized Oil Seal is designed to meet diverse needs. With precise measurements, no need for RTV sealants, and compatibility with popular axle models, these seals offer an all-in-one solution for enthusiasts and professionals alike, delivering reliability and peace of mind with every use.

Sheila was the best! She knows her stuff and got me all the right part numbers and items for a 10,000# double axle brake rebuild. Brakes, bearings, races, seals etc. Shipping was quick and the couple B/O items shipped a few days later as she indicated. Now all I have to do it is put it all back together.

The product was excellent and service is excellent

Being on the trailer repair business I replace a lot of axle seals - and a n alarming amount of failed ones. It doesn't pay to go cheap. These hub oil seals by Redline seem to be good quality and hold up well.

by:

I repair trailers, these seals work good every time

by:

Great product and fast service. I will be back I have other trailers and I have told several or maybe even many people about you. Thank you so much These were mostly bearings and seals for a heavy trailer so I don't have any pictures. Take my word for it though with them

It sounds like maybe the measurements werent quite right. If you look on the original seals if you still have them, there should be a number stamped on them. That will give you the seal size you need. If that number isnt there or has worn away, you can find the seal size by measuring the inner diameter and the outer diameter of the seal. Then from there you will find the correct seal size. Part # PTW80157 is super handy to have for this kind of measuring.

by:

Damaged upon arrival. Went to install, and ran into this. This seems to be a pretty consistent thing with you guys. It really hinders running a business with piss poor package of parts that we rely on.

Oh, I am sorry that this seal is not a fit for you. It has an inner diameter of 2.875 inches and an outer diameter of 3.880 inches. It works with Dexter 9 and 10K axles. I recommend measuring both the inner and outer diameter of your original seal to find the one that will work for you. I will have our Customer Service team reach out to you.

by:

My old seals were discontinued, but they had the matching tables to the new ones which turned out to be a perfect match to the old. Did not have this luck at two other sites. Highly recommend this company as you get what you need the first time and you get it quick!

by:

It was the correct part, good fit, good quality. So far so good.

by:

Worked and fit just like described, good deal.

  • Replacement Brake Assemblies for Dexter 10k Axles on Gatormade Trailer
We have what you need! Thanks for the photos. Even though the serial number is torn from the axle tag, we still identified the brakes you need with the Unique ID Number 124394998016 from your 10k Dexter axle tag. I confirmed with my tech at Dexter that you need the Dexter Electric Trailer Brake Assembly - Self-Adjusting - 12-1/4" # 23-450 (left side) and the # 23-451 (right side). These are direct replacements of brakes constructed for your 10k Dexter axles on your Gatormade trailer.

It uses the same Outer Bearing # 25580, Inner Bearing # 387A and this will use the Oil Seal # 10-51 which is the same 2.875 inner diameter as your grease seal.
