Today were going to review part #91030. This is a Redline Unitized Oil Seal. This is designed to be used on Hayes #99 spindles. It has an overall diameter of 3.779. Has an internal or inner diameter of 2.750. When it says a unitized oil seal, basically what that means is that its a dual-action seal, meaning the inner part stays fixed on the spindle, and the outer casing will rotate with the hub.
This type of seal has less wear and tear and provides better leak protection. Basically, you can see if thats being held, this will actually rotate. Give you a good idea of a unitized oil seal. Now also, if you go to the product page for this part number, well also have a chart which will list a seal cross-references and the different brands of seals that are made.
