When you’re logging real highway miles or towing a heavy setup, this tire-and-wheel combo is ready to carry the weight. The Kenda Loadstar ST225/75D15 bias tire has an 8-ply rating and handles up to 2,540 lbs at 65 psi. With a Load Range D and an M speed rating of 81 mph, it’s built for strength and stability under pressure. Both the tire and wheel meet DOT specifications for confident performance on long hauls.
Hauling through rain, sun, or salt air can take a toll on steel wheels—but not on this one. The 15" x 6" Dexstar steel wheel is finished with an e-coat primer and white powder coat that resists rust and corrosion. The clean finish keeps it looking sharp while standing up to harsh conditions season after season.
No need to spend extra time or money at a shop. This Loadstar assembly comes pre-mounted so you can bolt it on and hit the road right away. It’s built with a zero offset and uses a 5 on 4-1/2" bolt pattern with a 3.19" pilot diameter and 1/2"-20 wheel bolts for straightforward installation.
The bias construction uses thick nylon cords set at alternating 30°–45° angles for tough sidewalls that flex together across rough terrain. That design gives you better control and stability on uneven surfaces while maintaining a smooth ride wherever you tow.
Every Loadstar bias tire carries a one-year worry-free guarantee—if the tire is damaged in any way during the first twelve months, it gets replaced at no charge. It’s extra assurance that your investment is protected when you’re out on the road.
1. Count the lug holes
Look at the wheel hub or the back of the wheel and count how many lug holes there are(also called bolt holes).
Common configurations include: 4-lug, 5-lug, 6-lug and 8 lug
2a. For even lug counts (4-lug, 6-lug, 8-lug)
Measure from the center of one lug hole directly across to the center of the hole opposite it.
Common configurations: 4 on 4", 6 on 5.5", 8 on 6.5"
2b. For odd lug counts (5-lug)
Measure from the center of one lug hole to the outer edge of the hole directly across (not center-to-center since there's no directly opposite hole).
Common configurations: 5 on 4.5" (most popular), 5 on 5", 5 on 4.75", 5 on 5.5"

Shipping was super fast, the tires got here a day earlier than expected. Tires seem sturdier than what was on there. They look good except they where missing valve caps, not a big deal but still they should have had them. I cannot give them 5 stars as of yet since I haven’t actually towed the trailer yet.
Have not had any detrimental issue with any of the Kenda products that I have purchased from etrailer. Also have had excellent service in all my dealings with etrailer. Top notch folks that work there.

I ordered one tire and wheel, just to make sure of the quality. It was delivered in just a few days. I placed it on my trailer and it worked so well, I placed another order of two more. I had no clue how to replace a tire rim set. I tried it on my own and I got the spoke pattern wrong. etrailer helped me out with returning the wrong tire and rim. The Tire and Rim were received via UPS on schedule. They look great. FYI, it will be used as a spare for my small utility trailer. Unfortunately the trailer is not here so I am unable to verify it fits OK (it should). I will do this in a couple of weeks. Thank you E-Trailer, I had quotes from local tire dealers for nearly double the price you advertised. This was ridiculous, they obviously didn't want to be bothered or do business with me.

I mistakenly ordered the wrong wheel for my trailer and the return fee was way to much. I am stuck with a tire and wheel I can’t use. Should have ordered from someplace that would have accepted a return at no cost!!
I'm updating a 16' utility trailer I purchased in 1991. I placed an ordered for five AM3S862 tires and wheels. They arrived in two days and were just perfect to finish the project. I've had the trailer on two short runs for material and it handles great. I will be ordering from etrailer.com again.

I bought this rim and tire as a spare for my trailer. I havent had to use it yet thankfully so I cant rate it as far as how its holding up under use. I can say that the quality looks as good as what came on the trailer.
I put these tires on a 1960 utility trailer. It was a former U hall trailer before they went to all metal trailers. It is 5'X 8' with 30" high sides. It's great to move heavy furniture, mulch, and dirt. I needed new tires and rims. I found this website to be informative, easy to order, excellent prices and very fast delivery. I love the look of the new set on the trailer and the ride and tracking is much better. I highly recommend this web site

I would go and get your tires spin balanced. All 5 of mine were out of balance as expected and 60 dollars cured all of that. It will provide for a better ride for your RV and certainly help to eliminate any vibration.
They hold pressure and roundness. This is important to us because we use them on manual push carts in a truss plant. I am sure that this would translate to your trailer not bouncing down the road due to tire misshapening.

Great wheel and tire combo. Looks great and has nice tread, it's perfect for my trailer. Looks so much better tgan the factory 1986 wheel and tire combo.
Chinese crap, will see how long it will last before blowing up. The price was affordable for what I was going for. The foot print is narrower than a GoodYear Endurance 205/75/14.
So fast so well priced. Second trailer I've outfitted here.
