Torque Rating Specification For 14 Inch Wheel On Travel Trailer

Question:

This is a Vail Sport Radial ST. Any chance you could tell me the torque rating on this? I cant find torque ratings anywhere and need them to tighten my travel trailer.Already drove with it and never knew I needed to torgue the tires until I got home. Thanks

The torque rating depends on the lug size and type wheel you have on your trailer. I will list the torque specifications for 14 inch wheels.
7/16 inch lug steel wheel 55-65 ft-lb.
1/2 inch lug steel wheel 75-85 ft-lb.
9/16 inch lug steel wheel 95-115 ft-lb.
12 mm steel wheel 70-80 ft-lb.
14 mm steel wheel 85-95 ft-lb.

What about 3/4" lugs?

@Neil 3/4 - 16 lug nuts should have a torque rating of 450 - 500ft/lbs.
