From the research I did it looks like your H78-14 tires are 27.8 inches in diameter. Which the closest size we offer that is compatible is the ST215/75R14 like Karrier ST215/75R14 Radial Trailer Tire # AM10229. This tire has a diameter of 26.8 inches which would be about an inch shorter in diameter than what you have.
Is that too short? What problems will you experience if your tires aren't as tall as your current ones? Ground clearance? If so, you might be interested in a Dexter axle over-under kit like part # K71-385-00 if you have a 3 inch axle or a part # K71-384-00 if you have a 2-3/8 inch axle. This will take your axles and put them below your leaf springs for additional ground clearance.
Another option you have is to upgrade your wheels to 15 inch wheels. The tires available for 15 inch wheels are bigger in diameter at about 28.4 inches. The size tire you would want is ST225-75-15. The wheel you need will depend on the bolt pattern of your trailer hubs. I attached an FAQ on how to determine bolt patterns for you to check out also.
I attached an FAQ on trailer tires for you to check out as well. If you have a 6 on 5-1/2 inch bolt pattern you would want the wheel and tire part # AM3S870, if you have a 5 on 4-1/2 inch bolt pattern you would want the part # AM3S862.
