We do offer a wheel and tire that meets your requirements, the Karrier # AM10303 is a ST225/75R15 tire in Load Range E, with a max load capacity of 2830 lbs at 80 psi. The tire is 10 ply rated. For the wheel, we offer part # AM20524 which is a 15x6 Galvanized wheel with a 5-on 4-1/2 inch bolt pattern. A galvanized wheel will provide good corrosion resistance but for superior rust resistance, we offer a 15x6 Aluminum Sendel Series T02 Machined Trailer Wheel - 5 on 4-1/2 # AM22653.
Although we don't offer this particular wheel and tire as a package, you could certainly have them mounted locally.
