Are these wheel and tires balanced?

No, they are not Dylan. The Karrier ST225/75R15 Radial Trailer Tire with 15" White Wheel item # AM32459 come from the supplier with the tire mounted on the wheel. The supplier does not balance the combination, but when the tire is installed to the wheel they will line the high (heavy) spot on the tire with the low (light) spot on the wheel.
You can try to take them and have them balanced if you want to. The problem is that to balance trailer tires it takes a special machine and rig. Most tire places do not have this special equipment so they cannot correctly balance trailer tire and wheels beyond how they are balanced by the manufacturer.
What you can do is purchase the 4-pack Counteract Tire Balancing Beads item # CA35FR. These are small, coated glass spheres that are placed inside your tire through the valve stem with the included tools. As you drive the force of your tires spinning distributes the beads. As the tire rotates the beads automatically migrate and cluster on the opposite side to perfectly balance the wheel.
