Rough roads can make a trailer buck and bounce more than it should. This 4-Leaf Double-Eye Spring flexes to absorb road shock while keeping your axle steady under load. With a spring capacity of 3,000 lbs and an axle capacity of 6,000 lbs, it’s built to balance strength with smooth suspension travel. The result is steadier tracking and less wear on your frame and cargo.
When springs sag or stretch with age, the trailer can lean or sit unevenly. This spring restores your setup with the correct 25-1/8" center-eye to center-eye length (unloaded) and 1-3/4" spring width. Each of the four 3/8" thick steel leaves works together to maintain even support, keeping the trailer level across bumps and dips.
Old springs can lose their arch after miles of use, but this sturdy steel build holds its shape and capacity. The double-eye design attaches securely to the hangers and shackle straps so the spring can move naturally as the suspension cycles. Strong materials mean less risk of sagging or breakage even in high-mileage use.
No one likes the squeak of dry, worn joints. The spring comes with nylon bushings pre-installed in the 9/16" diameter eyes (11/16" without bushing) for smooth, quiet movement right out of the box. They reduce metal-on-metal wear and help your suspension pivot freely through its range of motion.
Suspension alignment depends on matched components. Each spring should be replaced in pairs to keep ride height and axle geometry consistent. With clear dimensions—A: 12-9/16", B: 13-5/16", C: 25-1/8", D: 3-1/8"—this spring makes it simple to verify fit and restore balanced performance across both sides of the trailer.

Parts went together great! I had to replace a leaf spring on my camper because one of the eye loops was made wrong from the factory way oversize. Whoever assembled the parts wrapped electrical tape around the nylon bushing to make up the difference. I installed the Road Armor system can't wait to try it. Thanks E trailer.
These 6,000-lb springs from etrailer and there wet bolt kit were installed on my 2016 Bullet 22RBI replacing the factory 3,500 springs. No problems with the install, everything fit as described and went together with no problems. The ride after install was outstanding, the trailer was very stable and didn’t have the bouncy ride as before.
I was looking for a spring that is made in the USA, but apparently they are all made in China! With the added weight capacity, I hope these will not go flat as the original springs did.
Did have to locate some 61/2 inch U-bolts locally, the 51/2 inch were not long enough on 25/8 axle.
Overall am very happy with etrailer service and products, there follow up emails is an added bonus!

I can’t believe how quickly my order arrived. I place my order in Mj day and it’s here today (Wednesday)! It was obvious that Ashley E was knowledgeable. She made sure that I thought through the the issues before placing my order (leer springs).
So far so good but have less than 1000 miles on them so far.
The over the axle kit, reused plates with new ubolts, springs. shimmed plates to add bump stops all total 16 1/2" nuts were used.goodby pot holes of the north east
