I would not recommend going all the way up to the 6,000LB Spring # e47SR as this would cause the suspension to not flex properly with the weight on the trailer. We do have the 4,000LB Spring # e57SR which is only 1/8" longer than the 3,500LB Spring # e54SR. This small difference in length will still work on your setup as the shackle bolts allow for a little play. Don't get hung up the 3,500lb and 6,000lb spring are both 4 leaf and the 4,000lb is only 3 leaf as it is a thicker leaf than the lighter spring. Also be sure to replace all the leaf springs at the same time especially since you are changing capacity.

Hey, how did the 4,000‑lb springs work out on your trailer? It sounds like they could give you a good balance between strength and proper flex. Sharing how they performed could help others dealing with the same broken spring issue.
