Long trips and steep grades can push trailer brakes hard. This Dexter 10" hub-and-rotor assembly is built to keep temperatures in check with its vented design that channels air through the rotor to prevent overheating and fade. Machined surfaces reduce runout and help the rotor stay true for smooth, consistent braking mile after mile.
Moisture, spray, and salt can eat through unprotected metal fast. The zinc finish on this assembly forms a tough barrier against corrosion and wear, making it ideal for trailers that see regular water exposure. The cast iron construction adds strength and rigidity so the hub holds up under heavy use.
This hub is designed for straightforward compatibility with standard bearings—inner bearing L68149 and outer bearing L44649—with matching races (L68111 and L44610) already pressed in. The grease seal RG06-050 (1.719" ID, 2.565" OD) fits when running traditional grease, or the assembly can be paired with the Kodiak XL ProLube Kit #XLPROLUBE1980KIT for an oil-bath setup.
Rated for 3,500 lb axles (up to 3,700 lb capacity) and compatible with 14" or larger wheels, this 5-on-4-1/2 pattern hub uses 1/2" wheel bolts and a rotor diameter of 9-3/4". Precision machining keeps it balanced and true, giving you steady braking performance without vibration or chatter.
1. Count the lug holes
Look at the wheel hub or the back of the wheel and count how many lug holes there are(also called bolt holes).
Common configurations include: 4-lug, 5-lug, 6-lug and 8 lug
2a. For even lug counts (4-lug, 6-lug, 8-lug)
Measure from the center of one lug hole directly across to the center of the hole opposite it.
Common configurations: 4 on 4", 6 on 5.5", 8 on 6.5"
2b. For odd lug counts (5-lug)
Measure from the center of one lug hole to the outer edge of the hole directly across (not center-to-center since there's no directly opposite hole).
Common configurations: 5 on 4.5" (most popular), 5 on 5", 5 on 4.75", 5 on 5.5"

In stock and quick ship can't ask for anything else. Thank you
Helpful knowledgeable service
The inner bearing race was not seated in the hub. I did not notice it until the spindle nut would not turn passed the cotter pin hole. I had to take apart and finish pressing in the bearing race. For some reason I am not able to upload a picture.
Fast shipping!! Thanks
I was able to order a original part that fit my trailer. Complimented with great service. And was easy to make an order online. Thank you very much.
Outstanding customer service! Thank you!

Look great , races already installed. Straightforward installation
Excellent customer service and lighting quick shipping! Thanks
This hub and rotor assembly looks of good quality. I believe its USA steel.
No website mysteries, and the video confirmed what is/isn't included with the hub. Nice Touch!
Good email updates along the way. The actual USPS tracking number could have been useful rather than checking back with the site link for shipping status.
Thanks Christopher your diligence and courtesy are the beat, very thorough to make sure I got the right parts

Glad that you love the new hub/rotor, Marquis! Thanks for sharing all the photos too, they look great.
Quality product, would definitely purchase again
Nice brake disc
Great product and extremely fast delivery. AA++
Just installed fit is perfect, 3 stars because trailer has not been on road yet
Easy and fast service with the right part. Not my first purchase from e-trailer and will be my first go-to for future needs.
This replacement was for a discontinued hub. Solid build, but the brake caliper will have to be modified or replaced to fit. There’s slight grinding with the caliper housing, more than can be adjusted for. Fractional difference but enough to lock the wheel up without modifying.
