I am looking to purchase new hubs for my 2007 EZ Loader width series dual axle bunk boat trailer. It currently has disk brakes on the rear axle and I have the VIN# of the trailer if that helps. 1zEVAEVG17A141912

The VIN doesn't give me really any information beyond what you already gave so I reached out to the manufacturer. You have the 3,700 lb axle, but it has the standard 3,500 lb spindle size based on the bearing numbers they gave me for your axle. I recommend the Trailer Idler Hub Assembly for 3,500-lb E-Z Lube Axles - 5 on 4-1/2 - Galvanized # AKIHUB-545-35-G-EZ-K if you are just looking for the hub for a rotor to fit over, or # K08-435-05 if you are seeking an integrated rotor.
The rotor assembly does not come with bearings or seal, so you will need # L68149, # L44649, and # RG06-050.
