Sent a used actuator that doesn't work, box was clearly opened and had been taped up - when called rep stated that it was the last one in stock so we sent it. Never informed us that it was used and already had brake fluid all over the unit.

Works very well. I highly recommend.
I have had it for a year and it works great. I am very happy with it.
It worked perfectly. Easy hook up. Easy to bleed the system.
We replace our old actuator with the new one same product . We are now Happy Campers knowing we will go down the road with Brakes on our 5 wheel!!!!!!
Timing and product works Perfectly. It was a plug and play for my upgraded 3 axel disk brake set up. On my weekend worry toy Haller.
Was easy to install. Bled the brakes and it's working great.

Excellent upgrade! I can’t believe how much better the trailer stops. I highly recommend this upgrade to anyone who wants to stop their trailer in a short distance.
This was a replacement for a similar unit. The new one arrived promptly in perfect condition. It’s a bear to install, but it can’t be done. Keep everything clean during installation.
i needed this to repair the brake system on one of our larger boat trailers. installation was easy and bleeding the brakes on all three axles took less than 15 minutes. very happy with Etrailer and the products they offer
I can't speak for the quality of the product due to ordering for a customer. But I am extremely satisfied and constantly impressed with the ordering process. Parts are almost always shipped within 48hrs and I am always given a tracking number, invoice, and update once it's delivered.
Working so far. The last one failed after two years and that is why I only give 4 stars. It is an expensive replacement. That being said I just finished a 1550 mile tow and the actuator performed without incident.

still works like new!!
Our trip was stalled when our hydraulic brake actuator started leaking. A local trailer repair shop was not able to get a replacement for several days. I contacted Andy M. at etrailer who was able to get the replacement shipped overnight at a much lower price than the repair shop. Thank etrailer and Andy M.

I will give it 5 stars if it doesn't fail within 5 years. This will be the last one I buy if it doesn't. For such an expensive pump, I would expect it to last at least 15 years.
Superior to my previous actuator. When looking for an actuator make sure you find the time to pressure specs. You’ll find this actuator is very fast compared to others which means less delay until the brakes are applied.

I think it’s unfortunate that you don’t have a link to have this product repaired. I couldn’t find anywhere that offered repair of these units. I think my old unit had a circuit board failure. It worked great until it stopped working. My brakes work great again.
I have a 5K axle with Disc Brakes on a 3400# Custom Camper being pulled by a 2005 Jeep Unlimited.
My Momentum Grand Design came with Kodiak EOH brakes on 8k axels. My actuator has been leaking since I purchased it used. I spoke w/Etrailer staff and I requested a contact number for Dexter. I left a message for a call back and a little later in the day I received a call back from Randy from Dexter
and we discussed my issues with the leaking actuator. I was happy with the performance but I was unsure about changing to a different model. He assured me to stick with my same model #.
I then called Etrailer and ordered my new unit which arrived in 2 days to my door step by UPS. I installed the unit and cleaned up some of the prior wiring with no issues. I bleed the breaks as advised by Randy from Dexter I went thru a lot of Dot3 fluid but I flushed out all of the old fluid and then bleed till no bubbles were visible by using the break away switch.
My experience with Dexter and Etrailer was great and I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase again!
