Is the Dexter BrakeRite EOH Actuator DOT Compliant?

Question:
Is the BrakeRite rated as DOT compliant? I only see info about using DOT brake fluid, but was wondering about the system as a whole. thanks for your help.

I spoke with Dexter about the Dexter BrakeRite Electric Over Hydraulic Actuator # DX82KR being DOT compliant, and they said yes it is compliant and does meet the 15 minute standard, but the testing was done as a system not individually.
