Hey Tom, for the Dexter actuator part # K71-651 the response time is within a second or two according to Dexter. The reservoir size is 40 cubic inches. The amperage draw is up to 30 amps.
The Brake Rite # DX82KR has a 30 cubic inch reservoir capacity and also draws 30 amps. Are you looking for the best actuator to replace what you have?
