Brackets, 10-bolt base rails, and necessary hardware included.When I placed the order it was my 4th go around trying to get the type of hitch I wanted. I was assured that this would fit my truck. I received an email indicating the same thing along with my question. The voice experience was very assuring and positive. The delivery was right on schedule. The installation took only three hours and works well. All the way from ordering to installation was positive. Would order from this company again.
This shipment came sparsely/poorly secured to it's pallet. the Box holding the Installation Kit and Base Rails was incomplete and missing the two rail sections. These rails are the beginning ingredient to installing the 5th wheel hitch to your vehicle. The box was closed and from all appearances was packed without them and shipped to me incomplete. This ongoing situation is further compounded by the horrible customer service response that is on it's second week of calamity. The first week was wasted by a customer representative known to me as Noah promising me that the missing rails would be shipped out UPS on Monday with a sincere apology and that I should receive them by Wednesday of the coming week. This action proved to be dully noted on the file but not performed or followed up by Noah. No sense of urgency from these people? When the promised delivery day of Wednesday passed I called Thursday to find out it was not even shipped yet(raising the question? When were they going to let me know?) After a totally illogical conversation with a young lady (who was loosing her patients for me) repeatedly explained that "etrailer" was waiting 5 days as company policy for the freight company to find the missing parts even though the box was not damaged or tampered with? I then asked to speak to a manager who assured me that she would ship the rails UPS and provide me with a tracking number going on day two and no tracking number, email or phone call from Jennifer? I'd stay away from this company and find one of the many other resources to buy your trailer needs. From all appearances they seem to perform well unless customer service has to get involved and then you are hung out to dry like me?
FYI: I have never complained online before this... but felt compelled hope this was helpfull!

Product arrived exactly the day I was informed it would and perfectly packaged with all parts. I installed parts on my truck in about 3.5 hours and they fit exactly how I needed them to fit. Rails worked out perfect with my Reese Pro series 20K hitch
Delivery was good as was their communication Really like the hitch. Install took about 3 hours. Video is helpful. Would definitely recommend.
My new 2019 F350 did not have the factory fifth wheel prep so to make my Demco hitch work I ordered this custom rail kit and I am very happy with it. Install was easy and painless since the factory frame had hole right where they needed to be for these brackets. It is a robust set of rails and brackets and will meet my towing needs for sure.
Installed under a B&W 18k slider. I installed through a drop in bed liner (cut out openings with reciprocating tool). The only advice I have to make install easier is to not have wheel well liners installed, horrible to put in, let alone take out and put back in. The rest of the install was pretty straight forward on a F250. This is my 2nd installation of these rails, I installed on my 2018 F250 as well as my current 2021.
Ordering is always a breeze through etrailer. Arrived well packaged and great powder coated components. Straight forward installation instructions with only minor frustration keeping everything in place while tightening each bolt. The kit came with everything except the wiring. Great product.
I bought a new 2022 Ford F-350 and it didn't come with the 5th wheel mounting set up. I got on etrailer.com and found this and it shipped out right away and it took about 4 hours to install it. which surprised me, I thought it would take most of the day. Everything fit perfect, I didn't have to drill any holes in the frame and my Husky 26,000 lb hitch set on perfect. I've been really happy with it and etrailers service is 2nd to none.
Plastic strips used for galvanic protection could be at alot thicker

Excellent kit, still think the plastic strip’s should’ve been thicker. Other than that, everything was as stated and easy installation
Installation was straight forward with no issues fit was perfect. I used this to replace a base that was clean bed technology but it was about 4" above my bed and it caused my 5th wheel to ride too high in the front. This remedied the situation and now I am riding at the correct height.

The only issue I ran into during installation, the spacer tube 3/8 of an inch too long so I had to cut the tube with a grinder in order for it to fit other than that installation was easy
Just received the packages very heavy, I'm sure UPS was thrilled. Opened up the Frame rail box was very impressed with the quality of material fit it to the frame on driver side, everything looks like it's gonna line up perfectly this will take me at least a week to do. I will do a little bit every day I am 65. So far I'm impressed with the quality,

Even though I got a message saying my order was delivered, only part of my order was delivered. I had made arrangements for the installation of the order parts but had to cancel that appointment because I still have not received all of my order.

I have the frame brackets in place and one of the two rails installed. It took about 2-3 hours to get two of the 10 bolts for those two parts. I ran into an issue with the forward bolts on the outside of the rear support rail. I'm guessing I happened to get my measurements off by 1/8 of an inch. Luckily I had a grinder and was able to grind down the modified nuts that hold it in place. We will see how the second rail goes tonight. Everything else was spot on, so I'm not sure how I messed up those two holes.
I ordered this just a few days ago and haven't had a chance to install it, but my review isn't about the product. etrailer went above and beyond with my purchase. Their customer service is great and the communication throughout the entire process of confirming purchase to confirming delivery, is by far the best I have ever experienced with online ordering.
Once my order was received, I was notified via email, once it shipped, I was notified, and once it was delivered, I received an email from Etrailer to confirm delivery.
On the shipping spectrum, my order shipped extremely fast and was delivered 3 days ahead of what they projected. The tracking process was updated throughout the delivery, which showed me every step of my order, and that was very easy to track and once again, the best experience that I've ever had with online purchases. On a side note, this was my first time ordering from this company, and I am very impressed. The website is a little confusing at times...I almost ordered the wrong part because the notice that it didn't fit my vehicle didn't exactly stand out to me.
Still, they get 5 stars from me and I definitely recommend.

Took longer than expected to install but it went well!
I think that amy and everyone at etrailer are awesome
I went to hitchkin to put it on. And they could not put it on because the toolbox and bedliner was in it. So I took it and bought your setup and the instructions told me exactly what. To do I left the Toolbox And cut Dad. liner as needed. It was about four hours to put it in every Thing lined up perfectly.
This is how my product arrived. Just got home from work to find this on a Friday afternoon. Wonder if all parts are inside to do my project tomorrow?
