Got it for a 2006 Toyota Prius. Overall a great purchase. It was sturdy and never had any major issues. I would 100% recommend getting the locks.
I almost gave it 4 stars for one reason. If you put it on as the instructions tell you to, it whistles really loud. It just takes a bunch of small iterations and quick drives down the street to find out if it stopped making noise. Other than that, great purchase.

Perfect Fitment for my 2012 Ford Escape, etrailer.com's fitment guide was spot on.
They look good the only problem is that the brackets that grip the rail are too straight so that the pads do not meet the roof and they bend the crossbar
I have been very happy with the roof rack system.
Roof racks are very loud. Probably won’t keep them on all the time like I was planning. Shipping was very slow and took almost a month to get my order that was in stock. Overall the racks do what I need them to do.
We needed a set of crossbars for our vehicle and read many reviews of other brands before finding this product. We like the bars and the installation of them. We needed something trustworthy to accomodate our rooftop tent and this fit our needs. We experienced excellent customer service!
Great cross bars to replace the rusty original cross bars this vintage Thule rack. Classic cars require these old style racks and many are 30+ years old and great to be able to give new life to an old rack system.
I followed directions and the rack went on without a hitch. The measuring tape provided was a bit confusing but my tape measure did just fine. It pays to watch for any movement of the stays as you tighten them. It fit perfectly. I was impressed with the quality of the unit. The torque wrench provided was a nice bonus. I attached a boat rack for my rowing shell and I’m confident it will be safe all the way to the water.

Good morning so the order I got is amazing I have a old school thule roof rack that I needed the write stuff so can start putting bikes on my roof an my fishing gear or some small stuff for off roading an it works great I will be sure to be buying more stuff from this site great job with the shipping it was very fast an packaging was great it was easy to install an it looks great on my 03 Toyota tacoma thanks again
Waited till I put the new rack to work before review. Used it the first time today and it worked Great. Seems like a very durable rack system. Love that everything is rubber coated so it doesnt scratch the paint on your car. Installing instructions where a little confusing but found YouTube videos from etrailer on how to install exact rack system.
Just installed the etrailer inno square load bars on my 4Runner. I also purchased the Round/square Crossbar Fit Kit .
Looks great and mounted easily to my Prinsu Rack.
Installation is easy. Just follow directions. Front bar parts are different than rear bar parts so you need to look at part numbers and use in correct location. Rack is only rated for 100 pounds but looks and feels much stronger than rating. As noted square bars do create lot of wind noise when driving. Purchase this product to carry my Canoe and it does that at almost $200 less than other rack systems on market. For me the square bars are better fit with ratchet straps to hold Canoe down. Hard to find ratchet strap with hook to fit areo bars.
Dislike. No way to level square bars. With car on level ground high point to high point on bars is level. But each bar is off by 1/8" front to back. Wish they were round bars.

I watched a video emailed with my delivery confirmation of an installation on a similar vehicle all the way through first, and then watched it again as I did the steps myself, pausing when I needed to.

The roof racks have been great. I've used them with j-hooks and rear loading slider type pads. They are easy to install/remove. In the picture is my 17ft long sea kayak that stayed secure and safe on a 6 hour journey in high winds using the racks.
Awesome product. I’ve been looking for a while to find custom fit roof racks for my 2010 Dodge Caliber. the dealership told me I would have to drill them right to my car and the labour would’ve cost me a fortune. Ordered a full (naked) roof rack package with snowboard/ski attachment. Items arrived as described. Set-up was simple and flawless. Instructions are fairly clear & simple. A paper tape measure is included. No issues with fitment.Purchased the fairing to reduce wind noise and it works perfect! No excessive wind noise whatsoever -- can open sunroof comfortably if I wanted to. Have not yet put my snowboards inthe attachment yet, but do not foresee any issues. Roof rack is on a 2015 Infiniti Q40 (G37 sedan 2009-2015).
For a roof with no mounts, this is a perfect choice!
The fitment selected for me by etrailer.com for my 2012 Ford Escape was perfect. The Inno Rack System is easy to install (made easier by the use of etrailer.com's instruction video links).
I chose the square bar fitment because I prefer the look over the various "aerodynamic designs", while I prefer the look over others, a wind fairing will prove to eliminate the very hint of sound that does emanate into the cabin.
If you are looking for a Clamp mounted system that requires zero modification/easily removabl this is the system for you.
The packaging was Top Notch, shipping damage is (reasonably) not possible. The instructions were clear, from the inventory of included parts, to the drawings and measurements. Instructions were written or at least re-written by a native English speaker. The included 3Nm (2.2 lb-ft/26.5 lb-in) torque tool was unexpected. Great idea.
This set-up fit my 2025 Honda CR-V perfectly. I was able to use my 20 yr old Thule square bars (79") which I have always used for hauling two side-by-side canoes. This saved me from replacing the perfectly good old bars.
i installed this rack on my Honda Accord. It holds my Thule Xlg.
The rack hasn't slipped the door gaskets are still in tact 1 year later.
the direction were well written. i WOULD RECOMMEND this Inno square roof rack.
