Hello, Does this product listed below contain everything I need to have to install the roof racks, and is the distance between front and rear crossbars adjustable? I already have a Thule cartop carrier, and need to make sure it will fit. Thanks. 2016 Lexus GX 460 Roof Rack Part Numbers: INB127,INXP,INTR152.

No other parts are needed to install it. The crossbar spacing for this system on your Lexus is adjustable and the maximum bar spacing is 49-inches between bar centers.
You can check the spacing of the installation hardware on your Thule cargo box to confirm that it will be compatible with this bar spread. Any generation of Thule cargo box mounting hardware will work with these square Inno crossbars.
