The Malone AirFlow2 Roof Rack clamps tightly to raised side rails using rubber-coated steel clamps. The rubber grips protect the rails from scratches and hold firm during travel. Once tightened with the included tool, the rack stays solid and steady even on long drives. Each tower includes a built-in lock that keeps the crossbars secured to your rails so you can leave your gear up top with confidence.

The aerodynamic shape of the AirFlow2 crossbars helps air move smoothly over and under the bars. This reduces drag and the whistling you sometimes get with traditional square or round bars. Rubber strips in the T-slots fill open channels to block airflow and quiet things down even more. The result is a rack system that stays stable and calm even at highway speeds.

These 50" long aluminum crossbars stretch past the towers, giving you more room for gear like kayaks, cargo boxes, or fishing rods. The full-length design maximizes carrying capacity up to 165 lbs while keeping the setup lightweight at just 10 lbs. You can mount accessories that fit into the top T-slots or clamp around the bars, making it simple to use what you already have without extra adapters.
Made from lightweight aluminum with molded nylon towers, this rack is built for everyday use and all-weather adventures. The aluminum bars are rustproof, and plastic endcaps keep water and debris out of the bar interiors. Nylon tower covers shield the hardware from rain and sun so nothing wears out fast. A limited lifetime warranty backs up its durability for years on the road.

They look great on the roof of your Forester, Patrick! What kind of cargo are you going to be putting up there?

Its been a year and we are quite happy with the Malone cross bars! Now have a Thule basket on them and hauled a load up top to Colorado and back. The Malone bars are a great value for the price and they come with locks included! Im glad we bought these.

Rack still looks good. Locks were getting a little difficult to turn, but a little spray lubricant worked fine.

A year in and these are still working great. I don’t leave them on permanently, but we’ve put furniture, kayaks and other junk on these and they’ve done the job.
