The Inno square bar roof rack part numbers # INB127, # INSUT, and # INK745 which fits your 2008 Honda Accord sedan would be the rack I recommend as it's a higher quality roof rack at a lower price than it's competition.
Then for a surf board carrier the Inno Surfboard Carrier part # INA744 would be a great solution as well.
