I am looking for a Thule Fit Kit for my 2002 VW Bug to attach racks for an OC-1 Canoe. Please advise Thank you

We do have a roof rack option for your 2002 VW Beetle, but Thule doesn't currently offer a roof rack fit.
I'd recommend going with the Inno Square Bar roof rack, which consists of the following parts:
• 50 Inch Inno Square Crossbars, part # INB127
• Inno Feet for Square Crossbars, part # INSUT
• Short Roof Adapter Kit, part # INJK
• Vehicle Specific Fit Kit, part # INK775
For a carrier for your outrigger canoe, I'd go with the Yakima SweetRoll, part # Y04074 which will allow you to easily load up the canoe from the rear of the vehicle. The carrier includes straps for securing the canoe to the roof rack and bow/stern tie down lines.
