It installs to fixed mounting points on your roof for a solid, stable platform that’s ready for anything from road trips to water adventures. With a 165 lb weight capacity (always follow your vehicle’s max roof load), it’s built to securely handle your gear wherever you go.
Wind noise can turn a long drive into a headache. The JetStream crossbars use an aero-style shape and rubber strips in the top channels to help cut down on wind drag and vibration. Those same strips also push down to let you mount carriers or accessories without trimming, so you get a quieter ride and a cleaner setup with less hassle.
Mounting accessories shouldn’t take extra steps. The top channels feature push-down rubber strips that let you press hardware directly into place, then close back up around it. There’s no cutting or trimming—just simple slide-in installation for your cargo boxes, kayak carriers, or whatever setup you’re running that day.
Constructed from aluminum and finished in silver, these bars are both durable and lightweight. They measure 50" long x 2-3/4" wide x 1-1/8" tall, providing a solid base that looks as good as it performs. You get strength for heavy loads and corrosion resistance for years of outdoor use—all backed by a limited lifetime warranty.
When you’re parked overnight or away from the vehicle, it’s good to know your rack can be locked down. The SkyLine towers are compatible with Yakima Same Key System (SKS) lock cores (sold separately), giving you an easy upgrade path for theft deterrence without changing your setup.

After a year, the landing pads look like new and have worked out spectacularly. Ive tested the pads on/off the car, and they havent affected fuel economy aero drag at all, so I just leave them on. Id highly recommend these, and I appreciate etrailers video tutorial before I purchased the product!
