How to Determine Correct Roof Rack For 2024 Kia Telluride

You are idiots. Its impossible to figure out the combination to fit my telluride.

I'm going to go ahead and respectfully disagree that we're idiots, Paul. I'm confident we can figure out the combination for a roof rack on your 2024 Kia Telluride, and there are three possible options Kia has for your roof - flush-mounted rails, raised side rails, and a bare roof.

I made some diagrams below showing test fits on a Kia Telluride with photos from the nice folks at Yakima so you can see the difference (please note these are just test fit photos, and not exactly how the rack will look - they won't be that long over the edge and do have end caps). Flush side rails will have no space at all underneath them, raised side rails will have space under them, and a bare roof will, of course, not have rails at all.

I do recommend going with Yakima as they have very high-quality, super-quiet rack systems that are easy to use and install. Here is what you will need for your 2024 Telluride depending on your roof situation:

Flush-Mounted Roof Rails
- Yakima JetStream Crossbars - Silver # Y00428 or Black # Y00425
- SightLine Towers for Yakima Crossbars - Flush Side Rails # Y64AR
- SightClip Fit Kit # Y34UR

Raised Side Rails
- Yakima JetStream Crossbars - Silver # Y00429 or Black # Y00426

I do also recommend considering locks to keep your investment secure, and for all three of the rack systems above you can lock them to your roof with the Yakima Same Key System (SKS) Lock Cores # Y07204.
