Solution for Needing to Mount Thule ProRide XT Bike Rack on Yakima Corebars

So I bought a used Thule pro ride thinking it would fit my Yakima core bar. Huge mistake. Is there any bracket I could use or do I have to buy the jetstream bar to use the track ?. Is it safe to lubricate the clamp/arm that holds onto the bike frame?. I noticed one of the rack clamp doesn’t retract after releasing the lever I have to help it pull it up.

If the clamp brackets of the Thule Pro Ride XT part # TH598004 will not fit around your Core bars you'd have to replace them with Jetstream bars like the part # Y00425 for black or # Y00428 for silver. Thule does not offer any adapter solutions for this bike rack.
Yes it is okay to lubricate the arm of the rack as well.
